Refund Policy

Who handles payments

Manhwawi sells subscriptions, refill packs and gift codes through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes all payments and refunds, and your receipt comes from them.

Try it before you buy

The Free plan plays the same chapters and narration as Premium, with a short ad before each chapter. Please try it first: purchases are final except in the cases below.

When we refund

• Narration doesn't work. If chapters your plan covers won't play and we can't fix it, we refund the affected period, or the unused part of a refill pack or gift.
• Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, we refund the extra charge.
• We end the service. If we stop a paid service, we refund the unused part of prepaid periods.

What we don't refund

• Subscription payments, first or renewal, once charged.
• Refill packs and Gift Premium codes, used or not.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel any time from the Manhwawi side panel → Manage subscription. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's address with your order number (on the Lemon Squeezy receipt) and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 days to show them. A refund ends the access it paid for.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live, such as the EU and UK withdrawal rules for digital services.
